Seattle's best fried chicken. Let's review the top five. Starting off with, EZEL's famous chicken located in the central district. Southern style with a nice crunch on the outside. At number four, we got Soda M chicken and Capitol Hill. This Korean fried chicken has a really nice crunch and juice on the inside, but the highlight was the Yang Yom sauce sweet and spicy, real nice kick at the end. Clocky in at number three, we got the boat in the international district. The chicken from this Cornish hen literally falls off the bone, but check out the crunch on the outside. At number two, we got Mango Steen, which just opened in Othello two months back. The fish sauce wings have an amazing umami taste, but the most impressive thing was the fact that chicken maintained the crunchiness despite the sauce on the outside. At number one over in Pioneer Square, we got the Southern style chicken. You get a big serving, it's crunching on the outside, it's really juicy, so shout out to Cookies Country.
